SAPS Forensic laboratory in Plattekloof

This Grinaker LTA project
It was a fascinating project. We were brought in right at the end to do the post installation cleaning of the windows and cladding around the building. We called on African Access Rental to hire their HR 21 machine, as they have an excellent track record for reliable machines and after sales service. We used a HR21 (21m) cherry picker and a 14.5m cherry picker. Our team is experienced and certified to use the machines, which made the clean safe and faster than originally anticipated. Brent from AFRICAN ACCESS RENTAL was on site to walk the site and advise on tricky situations that could possibly arise. We had three weeks to do the project in, and completed it in two weeks. This opened the door for a great deal of projects with World of Windows.

WBHO Project
An absolutely wonderful way to be challenged. We encountered situations that we would have never imagined. 16 000 square meters of glass had to be stripped and cleaned, not to mention the frame work around the glass. The glass was almost seen as sacred because of the cost involved in the purchasing and installation thereof. We were on that project for about 7 months.

Eskom Bloemhof

H&I Project
This project happened in bursts. We cleaned portions of glass as the installation happened. Due to the nature of the project, the planning could not be a precise art. We often put staff on standby to be called in on a moments notice. We learned how to run with the bulls on this one.

Tygervalley Shopping center

WBHO and Rainbow construction project.
A project like this makes you smile. We worked for a window installer that had his ducks in a row and knew how to plan ahead. We were in and climate controlled building in the height of winter and kept warm, dry and working for the whole of the winter. Thousands of square meters of glass had to be cleaned and polished, and we did it with a smile.
